Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by 2–3 days due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you wish to modify your order after confirmation, please contact us at the earliest via WhatsApp (+91 9270383254) or email (aroopalifestyle@gmail.com) with your Order Number.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Additional Notes

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
In case of failed or missed deliveries, our courier partner will make re-attempts. If the package is returned to us, reshipping charges may apply.
We currently ship only within India. (International shipping may be added in the future.)
