At Aroopa, we want you to love every piece you receive. To make sure your experience stays smooth, here are a few important things to note:

Returns – We currently accept returns only in the rare case of damage.

Replacements – If your item is damaged during shipping, we will happily send you a replacement of the same product.

Unboxing Video – Please record a clear unboxing video when opening your package. This is required to process any replacement request.

Return Shipping – Since we do not have a pickup service yet, we kindly ask you to ship the item back to us for replacement.

Damage Reporting – Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Additional Notes for a Smooth Experience:

  • Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging when returning.

  • Replacements will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.

  • We do not accept returns or replacements for items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return, unless damaged during shipping.

  • For faster resolutions, share your order ID along with photos/videos when contacting us.
